1 General Terms & Conditions

Nh999 (also known as bunny) is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between nh999 and its members. 2 Account Register

When registering an account on nh999, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or misleading details will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only.
• Wagering requirements vary by bonus — typically 10–30x the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Completing the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing winnings obtained through a bonus.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If wagering requirements are not completed within 7–30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

7 Gaming Rules

9 Account Suspension and Closure

• Account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Make sure all withdrawals are completed before closure. Any remaining bonuses will be cancelled upon closure, but your real money balance will be refunded.

Inactive accounts (no login for 12+ months) may be charged an inactivity fee of BDT 200 or 5% of the remaining balance per month, whichever is lower.
